Have you ever received a broken hanger when ordering lingerie from EF? I almost always receive a broken hanger with my lingerie order. Whoever packs the boxes up with orders just seems to stuff my order in the box without taking any care to ensure the hanger arrives in one piece.

I think maybe removing the item from the hanger and placing both separately into the box would ensure the hanger doesn't break during shipment. I like receiving my hangers in one piece, since it's at least one less hanger I have to buy to hang my stuff up.

So far so good. I keep the pretty satin covered hangers, but I throw the plastic ones away most of the time.

Hello! I have passed this along to our warehouse manager and I hope that this will no longer be the case. I know it can be frustrating, I love the hangers we get on lingerie. Makes it so much easier to store things.

Oh no!

I've never had this happen to me before, but I would be so sad if I did, because I love the fancy padded hangers that I've gotten! I don't get a hanger with all of my sets, though, only with a few, so I hope that I never end up with broken ones

Hopefully they will be more careful now that they've been made aware!

I just got two hangers yesterday and they were both broken. Well, the tops of them had been broken off. They weren't in the box either. So, that leads me to think they were broken off to fit into the box. I don't mind because I use my own anyhow.

Yes, I have gotten more than one that was broken on arrival. I don't use them though, so it doesn't bother me.

Nope I haven't had this issue it wouldn't bother me at all UNLESS it was a pretty satin covered hanger cause I love those the regular plastic ones I would toss anyways

I just received another order yesterday and the hanger was damaged.

They just SHOVE that shit in their. I've had extremely bent ones. These hangers aren't that tough.

I have not, but alot of the lingerie I buy does not come with a hanger.

That's never happened to me... but as long as it's just the hanger shouldn't be too bad. They aren't that great. I'd rather buy nicer hangers for my lingerie.
