Before anyone asks, yes, I did submit a support ticket. But I'm just wondering how many of you this has happened to...
I waited for a specific color to come back in stock on an item I wanted. It finally did, so I ordered the orange color, because it looked so funky.
Lo and behold, I get my package... And I was sent pink! The packing slip even states that I should have gotten the orange color.

Has this happened to anyone else? I have nothing against the color pink, I was just REALLY looking forward to the orange, because it's something totally different and will stand out in my collection.

I was sent a cinnamon flavored item once, instead of the Watermelon that I wanted. *shrugs* It happens. So I gave it away. Didn't spend much on it, so didn't matter a lot to me.

I have. I also recently went through all the orders I've made and realized some items were never shipped.

I hate when that happens usually I'll just be peeved for a few days and give up it's not worth the hassle.

That's awful! I'm sorry to hear that.
I'd probably flip my shit, for lack of better terminology, if that were to happen to me.

They re-shipped the product in the right color for me. I really have nothing against pink, the toy in pink just did nothing for me. At least customer service is awesome on Eden!
