So how much am I looking to pay for my "free" products?
How much for more expensive things?

I got charged £3.25 in Import VAT for my order, which wasn't too bad, but then Parcel Force automatically slap on their own £8 administration fee any time customs levy a charge, which frankly is disgusting. Now I've ended up paying £11.25 to get something that was supposed to be free, which is a little disappointing.

I asked other people in the UK before I ordered, and they said they've never been charged anything when receiving stuff from here, so it seems like a bit of a gamble.

I've just been charged a total of £26.07 for my eden fantasys parcel. It's really annoying to have to pay so much. I'd have been happy paying £5/£10 in importing fee's, but over £25? This is ridiculous!

This will probably effect whether i purchase again from EF or not, because it'll probably be cheaper paying more for it here in the UK but not having to pay that £26.07

I've just been charged £18.44 (£8 of that is just a clearance fee). I have ordered something once before from EF and didn't have any issues with customs but this time my order was larger. I have another 2 orders on the way though, I hope I don't get more charges!

The clearance fee is just insulting. Parcel Force are basically holding your property to ransom while they extort this money from you. The tax is one thing, but I don't know how they justify £8 just to send out a simple letter telling you about it.

I've noticed that Eden now has a UPS option for international orders. I wonder what their policy is for dealing with customs charging.
