Yesterday I used Paypal for one item and the transaction had gone through. I made an account after my purchase to receive points. Yet, I never got an email. I set up this account through g mail, using the same email I was trying to before. However, when I go to check my orders there is nothing there? please help

I am a community manager around here, and I'll be glad to assist you with a confirmation email issue. Please, let me know how long ago did you place an order? There might be a time-lapse between submitting an order and receiving a confirmation email due to the processing of large amounts of orders.

I also made an order today and haven't received a confirmation email either, I thought it'd take a few minutes. I made my payment via paypal.

I am having the same issue I never recieved a confirmation email but the charge went through. I figured after creating account for points I'd be able to track order and now I'm just not sure what's going on. Just making me anxious but I'm sure it has something to do with an influx of orders.

It is hard to say something about the situation not knowing the order number. Please, send me your order number in a direct message, and I'll be able to find out what is wrong.

Also, please double-check the spelling of your email when placing an order. One single wrong symbol or letter and a confirmation email will be sent to the incorrect email.

Another common situation - confirmation email may be recognized as spam by your email agent, so please, always check your spam folder.

Sometimes it may take time for an email to be delivered due to a large number of processing orders or because of some issues on your email agent side.

If none of the listed above is your case, please contact me, and we'll find out what happened.

Hi, I just placed an order less than 30 minutes ago, however, I never received an email. Although it did charge my card.

I love Eden Fantasys as far as their prices and products However They Definitely need to fix this issue the last 5 orders I've placed with them I have not received an email confirmation and I click resend repeatedly on the final screen.... This is very frustrating for a repeated buyer

Hi! Please, check your spam folder. Maybe confirmation email got there. If you did not receive it, please contact customer service to confirm your order is processing

Thank you for your feedback! Please, let me know whether you checked your spam folder. Confirmation emails may be sorted out of your incoming messages by an email agent.

Sometimes confirmation emails can get into the spam folder. Please, contact customer service via support ticket or email customerservice@edenfa ntasys.com in order to confirm your order was shipped.

I made a purchase on August 10th, 2021. After completing the purchase, I made an account to get the points for my purchase however it has been 4 days since doing so and I have no recieved any emails regarding my order number or tracking information. The payment has officially been pulled out my account and has been paid. I would like to know when I will receive my order number at the very least considering it's been several days.

Check your spam folder. I recently made a purchase and the shopping confirmation email got sent there for some reason, sometimes email services sort it wrong
