I've been trying for the last 3 days to get some questions about an order answered and nothing!
A bit disappointing service...

Anyone else having problems?

Sometimes the tickets can take a few days to answer, depending on the question. For a more immediate response though, you can always call Customer Service directly at (888) 506-5516, 9am - 5pm EST, and talk with either Rachel or Megan. They're both wonderful ladies to talk to

I totally agree. The Customer Service at EF is fabulous. I made reference to that in my Bio and proud of it. Both Rachel and Megan are great!! I always use the phone and they are extremely helpful. I just wish they would followed me!!!!!

Megan got back to me right after posting this...still no answers though on the whole shipping problems to canada or paypal verification times...anyone know anything about either of these?
My paypal cleared on my end but Im still listing as pending verification on my order.
