Missent Package?! (Please help)

Contributor: FruityCloud FruityCloud
On my tracking page for an order I made at Eden, it said my package was missent. I have no idea what happened, but I know it wasn't me putting in my address wrong (I always check that a crazy amount of times before placing an order, and I checked it now as well, and everything is correct) and my package is now actually backtracking and went back to a city it was previously at on it's journey.
Where is it going? Should I call USPS and ask them? I'm really worried it'll go all the way back to Eden (Or worse, get lost! I spent over $80 on that order, so this would be awful) and I'll have to wait several more days to get it. My boyfriend is only in town for this weekend, so I kind of expected my toys already and it's worrying me. Please help!

I would call EF. I recently had an exchange item come to my post office and get sent back to EF for no apparent reason.

Definitely send us a ticket, or give us a call, today! We can figure out what's going on with your post office, and arrange reshipment if they are sending it back to us. USPS is a hassle to deal with, but we can usually sort out their mistakes!

I had that happen once. It just means it got sent to the wrong post office but they catch it and send it back to where it should be. It doesn't create too much of a delay, either. Give it a couple days and it should show up. I hate USPS because of these crazy things.

I did submit a support ticket, and luckily after all my worries, it only arrived a day late. I feel silly now, but at least I have them. :]

Yepp. Essentially. It's funny because they only sent it like 20 minutes away. I was talking to my boyfriend and he was like "Well, let's go get them!" Luckily we didn't have to do that, and all is good now.

I wonder how common that is.

All's well that ends well!

Glad it worked out!

A happy ending.

Again, USPS is my nemesis.

Right along with DHL and FedEx.

I'm really glad everything worked out for you guys; a similar thing happened with my last package from here (It just got to me today, hooray!) but it wasn't a big deal since I can wait. I did have a freak-out that they'd lose my stuff and I'd be out some money, but what can you do?

That being said USPS is my enemy as well as Lilac D's. It lost some clothing I had ordered for my birthday for almost a month somewhere between here and Britain a while back and I hadn't used them since...until this last package from eden, that is.

Well I guess that cinches it - UPS will always be worth the extra dollar, even if I live just a few miles from Eden's storehouse itself. =P

And guys, seriously, no worries about being caught with the bill if a package gets lost. We can always reship or refund. We have to go through the works with both UPS and USPS to see what happened, so they can reimburse us or find the package. But in the end, you will have toys or your money back!

This is great to know. I always wonder with a tinge of anxiety what would happen if my expensive packages are lost.

Thanks for the FYI, Jaimes!
