Pretty sure package was stolen

I'd call UPS back and ask them to describe your residence and the place where the package was left. If they are unable or unwilling to give you a description of your domicile, then the package might have been mis delivered. Additionally, if they opt not to reply to your request, you then have to file a claim. The claim should list the value of your shipment and not the items in your shipment. Should they ask for the contents of your package, simply say electronic components and artwork. You might be limited to only so much because you didn't pay for more insurance.

Eden might be able to help you out as well. I'd contact the company and ask them to trace the package and then reship your package. Who knows, you might get lucky. I hope this helps. Others might be able to offer more info on this.

I've gotten a shipment from here before that was delivered by the postal service. The tracking link stated that the package was "delivered/left on front porch/doorstep". I panicked for a few moments that my vibrator was mis-delivered, but ended up finding the package inside of my mailbox. It was unusual because every other time that has happened, they actually stated that it was left inside or at the mailbox and not at the door.

So to make a long story short, look around a little bit outside and see if you could come up with it, then call the post office and demand more information.

If you can't find it, some credit card companies have lost/damaged protection. Check yours. Sorry to hear of this.
