I have always had great service from the folks here at Eden. I was just wondering if anyone else had the same or different experiences.

Sometimes the service has been slow in the past - or at least before the move. But it depended on which section I needed help with.

But my last two support tickets to the order section have been superb! The issues were sorted asap and very pleasant experiences.
