No one is the boss, but I am the one mostly on the "receiving end", although I am not submissive about it.

No "sex boss" here either, although the term does make me giggle, I must admit. (As does the fact that this is in the Customer Service forum.) We're equal partners, and only have sex if we both want to/feel up to it.
As for the Sex Boss here at EF... hmmm... I'll let the staffers fight over that title.

Wasn't aware that there was such a thing... If we're talking about who decides if we have sex? Then it's which ever of us says "no"... That eventuality very rarely happens.

it's an equal relationship, especially when it comes to sex. we are able to communicated effectively what we desire to each other.
