I put a big order in last night and just got an email saying one of the items has gone out of stock and will be sent to me when it is available. Does that mean I will have to pay twice for international shipping as my order is now coming in two parts?

I've had this happen and not had to pay extra shipping, but I'm not international. I would assume you wouldn't though.
