Help with Vita

Contributor: Jasellebub Jasellebub
It came with no instructions and I have no clue if it is even charged. I plugged it in and charged it a good 5 hrs and tried it the next day. While trying it it started acting as if it was losing power and the harder I pushed the less power I got. I was honestly waiting for it to die and out of no where it got a sudden burst of energy, and that got the job done, but still excited I continued to play and it died like 10 mins later. I have no clue when it is charged and if I unplug it after charging it for the evening and use it later that day after unplugging it in the morning am I good for it to actually work without issue, or am I going to have to charge it right before every use? Why didn’t I get instructions? How long does it take to charge? What indicators are there that it is dying? What’s the lifespan in and not in use?

It sounds like you have a bad one. You can submit a support ticket with these issues. They may send you a free replacement. Also from my understanding of sex toys, most of them blink while they charge and stay lit when complete. Sorry you had issues!

Dear Jasellebub!

The Vita is a quite intense vibrator despite its delicate appearance. To have it fully charged, 2 hours should be enough. So if after 5 hours of charging, it feels like it is losing power, this can point that you had a faulty item.

Please, notice, that even proper working vibrators may lose their intensity a bit when you are pressing them too hard.

Blinking light indicates that the toy is charging, when constant light means the toy is fully charged.

When the Vita is turned on, LED blinking in different colors.

Regarding whether you need to charge toy in going order before every use or not, I can say that everything depends on how long and how intense you used it during a previous session.

If you're playing with the Vita for 15-20 mins, its charge should be enough for about 5 times.

Things that you described in your post tells that you got a defective toy, so you should contact our Customer service in order to discuss the possibility o receiving a replacement for your item.

If I can be of further assistance, feel free to get in touch!
