Does EF have a different price threshold for free shipping?

Does it go up to 50 or 75, or does free shipping just never happen except for special occasions? I'm new to the site, and would love to know whether I should order soon or not

I believe August 3rd and then it goes to $35+ for free UPS Sure Post shipping.
