@AskEden- Returning things with warranties

Contributor: Badass Badass
I bought the Matryoshka a few months ago and loved the heck out of that toy. It has stopped working on me! Oh no! I'm really not sure how this happened. I took it in the bath and it suddenly stopped working on me. I have had it in the shower many times and never had an issue. I definitely thought it was 100% waterproof, and it is supposed to be. Now it will charge, or say that it's charging anyways, but when I push the button to turn it on, it just makes a humming noise for a minute.

I was just curious as to how I go about using the warranty? It is an expensive toy that I have done my damndest to keep perfect, I really don't know what happened unless water leaked inside. The warranty card says I can return it to the retailer where I purchased it. Can I return it to you guys or does that only apply for an in store purchase?

Or is there a way to request a copy of the receipt from Eden? If I send it to Rianne S I'm supposed to include a copy of the receipt and that has been long gone. Would printing out a copy of the order from my Orders/Shipping section count as a receipt?

I just want my Matryoshka to work again... ugh...

Eden's return policy is 60 days, so outside of that I believe you must deal directly with the manufacturer. Rianne S is a Belgian company which might make that tricky… is there any contact information on the toy literature? They might have a US branch.

A printout of the order page from your account dashboard should suffice as a receipt. I've never had a manufacturer question one.

I'm sure an EF staff member will have more useful information when they return tomorrow.
