On average, how long after the return is received by EF does the refund get processed? I'm just wondering because my returned item was received last Thursday, the 3rd, and I haven't received my refund. Does it normally take a while or should I submit a support ticket?

I'd submit a support ticket or give them a call tomorrow.

It can take up to 10 business days
Have you tracked your package to see if it has been received at the warehouse? If so you can either wait a few more days or send in a support ticket.

Thanks ladies! If you used a gift card, the refund is on the gift card. You can go into your order to find out which numbers were used.

Yes, give it 10 days and check your gift cards. I don't think you get a message about it.

Thanks guys! I did track it and it was received. I used a gift card but haven't received my refund. I just wanted to make sure it was normal to have it take this many days.

Yep, when I returned an item it took a little while. I was worried too, but everything went through just fine
