Nothing in life is permanent , but they're probably going to try this for a few months to see how it works out. The good news is that they lowered the free-ship minimum to $39.

If you spend $69+ UPS Ground and USPS are still options. My worry is that they'll continue to use UPS Expedited Mail Innovations. That always slows down delivery.

They change up the free shipping price from time to time. It was $49 at one point and then the $59 for USPS. Around Christmas it was lowered. So they're probably just testing this out for a while to see how it goes.

I don't really mind the change. I usually order toys about 2 weeks out from when i'll want something new anyways. Yeah it sucks to wait but its free versus paying so i can't really complain

I highly doubt that's permanant! LOL. Too good to be, but I'm certainly more inclined to make these several more purchases I've wanted lately! I'll probably go pretty big this time.

I know the new shipping says its going to take 4x longer. I ordered something on the 28th. It didn't process til the 29th. It wasn't supposed to get here til the 11th of July and its on track to get here Wed, but is already in my town so I don't see it taking that long. They have to give themselves wiggle room, but I highly doubt it would take that long to get almost anywhere with the exception of Alaska and HI

I love the free shipping over $35 but if it goes back up then I will only order when I get assignments. Even when it was $59+ shipped free I would always get my orders to that I never have anything less then $50 or so shipped at one time unless its an assignment.

I tend to only order every free weeks now due to the new innovations option. I haven't used that system from Eden yet but 4x longer sounds long.
