Estimated shipping date came and went.

I've been watching my review order and the estimated shop date was Monday and now we're on Wednesday. Is there currently a lag in shipping due to covid? Just curious.

Same thing happened to me, so I sent a message to Customer Service and asked what was up. They said they're just dealing with a ton of orders right now, so they're a little behind in getting stuff shipped out. They said my order should ship soon, and I imagine yours will, too.

Thanks! I didn't want to bug anyone because I know they're also probably short staffed because of all the social distancing stuff.

I just wanted to make sure there wasn't some issue with my order, since Eden is usually so quick in getting stuff shipped. I don't think I've ever waited longer than 24 hours after ordering before receiving a shipping confirmation email (and usually it's even faster than that), so I decided to be proactive in case there was some kind of problem that needed to be resolved. But it sounds like they're just a little backlogged at the moment, so no worries. I don't mind waiting a few extra days, so long as I know it'll get here eventually, haha.

I'm so sorry for the delay in order's delivery and inconvenience it might cause! The warehouse is indeed swamped with orders and our team does its best to handle the situation. Fortunately, EdenFantasys didn't have to cut down workers during the lockdown, and the staff is working up to the collar. So I'm sure, all of you will get their anticipated orders asap!
