Contributor: edie edie

Hey, I hope you found something that'll land a smile on your face
All the orders I've placed have come in plain cardboard boxes. Instead of saying "edenfantasys" on the return label, "Web Merchants" was listed instead. The same will appear on your credit card/PayPal statements. Upon opening the box, it's usually filled with plain brown filler paper to keep the products from shifting/getting damaged in transit. Some items don't come in a protective box/cover, so if your family opens your mail, they may just get greeted with whatever it is you ordered in plain sight. I have not received any catalogs or promotional stuff in the mail - however, you can opt into receiving such offers via email.

Happy Shopping!

P.S. If you haven't placed your order yet, stick "214R" into the Promo code section to get 15% off

The packages and credit card statements from EF both say “Web Merchants,” so if someone saw it they’d probably think it was from eBay or something along those lines.

Dear edie, welcome to EdenFantasys!
I'm the Community Manager around here, so if you need any help or have some questions, I'll be happy to help.

In any case, as our lovely contributors have already stated, everything we ship is absolutely and utterly discreet. Even your credit card statement would have "WebMerchants" on it, instead of "EdenFantasys". the packages are plain brown boxes, no writings or pics on them that could indicate what is really inside the box. The only thing that could very well give you away is a big grin on your face.

It's also true that some of the products come packaged in not very discreet boxes - they may have suggestive imagery or namings on them, so I wouldn't suggest opening a box in front of anyone you don't want to know what's inside.

We indeed do not send any promotional "stuff" in the mail - only via email, both for privacy and environmental purposes.

Hope this helps!

Hi, sorry if I should’ve created a new post, but my question is similar to the one above: Will the package need to be signed? I live with family as well, and I just want to avoid them (possibly) finding out as much as possible.

I've never signed for a package. So I'm going with no. I have had several packages too. One even arrived today.

Thank you much!! I’m in the US and my package was over $50 (for that free shipping ), would that change anything?

Nope! I've had Eden packages worth some 200-300$ come in and get left at my door. The day something is meant to arrive, I watch the tracking like a hawk (I live with family as well) to try and avoid them getting their hands on it - and possible theft from neighbors or something).

Lol, I plan on watching the tracking like a hawk as well! Is tracking only available through edenfantasys or can I input the tracking code into UPS or USPS?

I'm not quite sure. I normally just use eden's site.

Usually you get a tracking number in an email from Eden. That is linked to either USPS or DHL or something, and you can track it through whatever carrier the item's getting delivered with. I almost-always seem to get links that lead me to USPS, so I just watch the tracking updates there. On Eden, you can find that same tracking number (in case you lose the email) through my dashboard > my orders > view order (on whatever order you want), and that'll have a tracking number you can click, which'll redirect you to the respective mail service.
Hope this helps!

I recently ordered my toys over the weekend and Eden fantasy never shipped them. They blamed usps knowing they just forgot. All of a sudden after I complained about my shipment it’s shipped at 10pm tonight 3/4. What type of business tactic is that. I would not recommend any business that can’t admit a shipment delay yet alone lie in another business. I can imagine what other poor business practices they have.

Dear BabsyB!

I'm very sorry to hear that you had such an unsatisfactory experience with your order delivery. I absolutely understand your disappointment - who would be happy not to receive anticipated purchase on time?

I've checked the issue with your order, and from what I saw, the package was created exactly when it should be, and it looks like EF carried it to the delivery service on time. Than's why guys from customer service thought the delay was not on our end.

I don't blame the delivery service either - obviously, the problem should be investigated more thoroughly, and the Customer service is doing this now. They will contact the carrier and warehouse staff in order to find out all the details. They will keep you posted and get in touch with you with possible ways to solve this problem.

Normally, EF doesn't have problems with timely delivery. But we don't leave in an ideal world, and the different circumstances that interfere with the proper working process might happen. And I feel really sorry for you having to deal with this situation.

EdenFantasys highly appreciate every customer. We will gladly compensate for all the inconvenience and displeasure you had in regard to the delay with the delivery of your purchase.

Please, let me know if I can be of further help, and I'll be happy to assist you in any way you might need.

is the package delivered to your front door or is it placed in the mail box? i’m the only one who checks the mail in my house and i would rather hide it when i pick it up out of the mail rather than have to receive it at the door and have my parents question what i bought.

Usually packages are delivered to the mailbox. If the size of the package is too big for being put into the mailbox, it probably will be delivered to the local PO. However, as far as I know, where the package will be placed if it doesn't fit the mailbox- your front door, porch or local PO - depends on the policy of your local PO.

Please, let me know if I can be of further service!
