I am not 100% sure what you are asking here, I can say that I have gotten my orders in a timely manner all NEW in packages. If anything has been defective it has been exchanged right away

I receive my items very fast, discreet boxes and in excellent shape.

Always new and sealed. EF always ships on time and has never messed up my order. All of my orders have been high so they included free express with tracking so I could track my shipment from them to my house.
