Has anyone experience tracking issues with packages?

I have a huge order coming and I have been tracking the package. There have been no updates on it since the 27th and today is the 29th and I want it today!!!! Has anyone experienced a delay in packages arriving or the tracking not being accurate from the USPS?

Sometimes I do. The waiting sure is the hardest! You could always call your local P.O. to find out the tracking info.

Psssst...

This is a customer service question for the carrier in question, not a question for Edenfantasys. Once the shipment is in their hands, it's their responsibility.

Should the package never arrive or arrives damaged, then you will need to submit a support ticket or call our office for more information. Customer service will then determine the best course of action.

If you are not already familiar with who the Edenfantasys staff is and what programs they handle, this thread will answer those questions for you.

Thank you!

USPS tracking has let me down repeatedly as far as knowing where stuff is, regardless of whether it's EF stuff, or Amazon, or some random seller on eBay, or something I've shipped out myself. They generally give no information from the time the box leaves the first sort facility until it arrives at your local post office. I don't think they actually scan stuff while it's en route, unlike other shipping services. However, it usually arrives on the promised day, unless it gets hung up locally, so try not to worry too much!

Ha, you know because of the category this was placed in I thought you were implying there was a glitch on our end. Not that you were asking in general. My bad. Anyway, there's the above information in case it ever is a problem on our end.

USPS tracking is slow, unlike UPS and FedEx which provide detailed updates throughout the process. You'll likely get the package real soon, and the USPS tracking might not be updated until hours after you've received the package.

I always have issues with USPS. I thought it was just my post office that was having such problems. Something will arrive at the post office and sit for days, then it will finally say it's been delivered. I go check the mailbox, and nothing. No package. I go and ask the neighbours that the mailman normally ships our packages to, but they haven't gotten anything, either. So then I have to call up the post office, and they claim they never delivered any package, despite marking it as delivered. Most times, a week later, they find the package in the post office somewhere and finally deliver it.

USPS Priority used to be very detailed and show every step/location on the whereabouts of packages, seems like that has changed a few months ago, nowadays they only show the details of the pickup and then the final destination information. Good thing is, their delivery schedule's always on time.

This is the issue I have been having whenever I do surepost. If you want to track surepost, go to the UPS site to track it. If you copy the order number into the track in ups, is shows the update. For some reason the tracking links are broken with surepost packages.

And surepost travels to your house by UPS, but is delivered by USPS. That is why you go to the UPS site instead.

With USPS Delivery Confirmation, they DO NOT have to scan the package every step of the way like FedEx and UPS do. If you're lucky, it will be scanned along the way but they're only required to scan it when it's delivered to your residence. That's why it's called 'delivery confirmation'.

I hate USPS shipping for this reason! It is never accurate so when at all possible I do UPS even with Sure Post I get it and can track it through UPS. Only upside to USPS is they deliver on the weekends where UPS doesn't.

yes 2 of my orders. One was shipped to the wrong sorting facility and took 3 extra days. The other was noted as "noticed left" and no notice was left, but I got it the next day. Both times it was never EF fault, it was usps and they told me they had a new person.
