If I'm not mistaken, it's always been 3-5 day shipping for orders $59+ and 2nd-day shipping for orders $80+. I always get mine in <3 days, though. One more reason why EF rocks.

towards the end of the week (wed and thru) they give free express shipping with a $100 order. But I believe it is the same offer all week long, they just flash it in the upper right hand corner on these days.

Nope. I just checked. I put a $140 item in the cart, went to checkout & it says i only get standard & ups ground for free =/

Wednesday is free 2 Day Express over a certain amount. Thursday is free overnight over a certain amount. Every other day is just regular - free standard over $59.

Waiting for Thursdays just to take advantage of the 1 day shipping will prove to be a failed strategy if items you want sell out. It happens frequently enough that I learned not to wait.
Plus, for me it doesn't make sense to delay placing an order just to get free rush shipping.
