So i've just spent the last 10 minutes or so onto the Customer Service live chat support bar thing, and i have to say, the staff are fantastic!

Admittedly i am in a hyped up stage right now because i cant believe how fantastic they are. They're sending me out a replacement product free of charge without having all the hassle of sending back my old one, and just OMG they are fantastic.

Sorry for all of the excitedness, but i thought i should share my love for the staff.
