Why do the wishlists never update to "purchased"? Is it because it's only me buying for me? It would still be nice if it updated and said the item was purchased. I guess it is more designed like a gift registry where it keeps track of what has been bought by others?

anyone have experience with that? Does it update when someone has bought you something off of your wishlist?

It updates only if you or someone else purchases the item directly from the wishlist. If you purchase an item from the product page, the wishlist will not reflect this.

ah, thank you. I will try to remember to do that then. I get a little crazy organizing my wishlists and this will help.
