I reviewed a lube over a month ago and did not get my points. It said my points were pending, but I haven't been rewarded in over a month. I sent in a ticket, never got a reply. 2 weeks later, I sent in another ticket and e-mailed someone. I've yet to get a reply and just kind of feel like the customer service is lacking for reviewers.
