This is so sad...

I have been reviewing for years now, and I love it and want to continue but I'm not getting an answer from anyone!
No answers from my support tickets since June
No replies from any toys I have submitted in over a year
I have no idea if I am getting commission on the affiliate program
I post reviews but they don't get edited.

I try to call for the past week, but they are having issues with the phone service...

I need help or WE need help to get this site back to where it was!

I'm glad I'm not alone. I have been having this issue for a long time as well. I still get newsletters, but no one contacts me back when I call or email.

This is primarily an e-business, not a social media site. My guess is that they are focused on getting enough business this season to keep the doors open. I'd let it rest until the first of the year - after they have had a chance to catch their breath from the holiday rush.
