I tried using my partner code when I was purchasing some items and it would not take it. I was just curious if there is a issue going on or did I do something wrong?

Were the items you were trying to purchase already discounted more than 15%?

How do you know if they are already discounted more than the alloted amount?

Right now, all vibrators are on sale for 25% off so if it was a vibrator you can not use the extra savings on top of the savings they are already giving you. It does not work that way; one discount is all that is allowed.

The code doesn't stack with other things, so if you were buying stuff that was on sale for 15% or more off already, it wouldn't have done anything. However if that wasn't the case and you put it in correctly and nothing happened, I'd submit a support ticket.

Do you see where it says 25% off on both screen shots? Your partner code is only worth 15% and discounts cannot be stacked in orders, so the higher discount applies and the lower discount (your partner code) will not be applied. You might still get the commission, I'm not sure on that part, but you won't get 40% off the order (25% +15%).
