I haven't seen a thread on this, but I want to know if anyone has seen this around and see how common it is, and let others know to keep an eye out.

I went to look at my review for the Kama Sutra body wash stuff and this is what I saw: link

That was really odd. I tried to edit my review, too, but it's totally gone when I try to do that, too! I've submitted a support ticket about the issue and they said they'd add it to their list of things to investigate, but I just wanted to hear some feedback/spread the word.

Ipe! I hope this doesn't happen to me, I'm really proud of most of my reviews, and I probably couldn't reproduce them if they were to vanish!

Uh oh! I'll have to check mine, but haven't noticed anything amiss so far. This may be a good time for everyone to copy their reviews! I have a print out of earlier reviews I've done, but stopped doing that at some point. May start doing it again! Sorry this happened Miss D.

And what's really weird is that it's the summary and pros and cons, but nothing else! Even when I go to edit it there's nothing there! How weird! I loved that review!

I've even tried to see if I could find and old version in my cache, but I guess Chrome deleted everything last time I closed my browser. Ugh.

I actually was reading some old reviews a few days ago and saw one like that. I thought there was a problem with my browser so of course I didn't pay attention to it and now can't remember which it was. I hope they can recover your review.

I have a review that's also doing this, and it is being looked into. The support ticket was the way to go, and if anybody else has this issue, please speak up and let us know. You can either submit a support ticket with a link to the review, or email JR at almon @ edenfantasys.com with the link.

Why is it that you and I always have the same weird issues at the same time? For a while it was the video thing and now it's this! Haha. Weird.

Yeah, I had been hoping it would come back magically on its own lol. I just submit a support ticket though. I'm sure they will figure it out.

Yes, they'll add it to the list they added mine to.

I hope so too. It would be a bummer to have to rewrite it.

I'm probably going to hold off submitting any more reviews until they've got it all cleared up. I'd hate to lose another one.

One of mine did that, so I contacted support and it turns out every now and then there is a glitch. Once they are aware of a review doing that, they fix it right up with no problems.

You won't have to re-write it. It is just lost somewhere and when the glitch is dealt with, it will show up again.
I was concerned about mine having to be re-written, but it's not totally gone for good. It's all cool.
