Can't Select Assignments Anymore

I was wondering if this was just a glitch with my account or if someone else has had this problem, but whenever I try to select a product from my cart to review, I cannot select "Request Free Assignment" anymore. The green selector stays over the buyout option and the other selectable dot won't let me click on it. Is it just me or has anyone else experienced this too?
