Ok every time I try to upload a new video into my review I'm getting an error message saying the server gave an unexpected response and to try again.... I've tried now about 20 times with different videos and same problem. I've cleared my cache, my cookies and my history and I'm still having problems... HELP!!!! I've got 2 videos ready to go but I cant get them on the site! aghhhhhhh!!!

I had the SAME problem! I even downloaded different browsers thinking it was my internet. I emailed Carrie Ann and she told me to delete my browsing history and the cache and the cookies and try again. When I did that it worked and I haven't had a problem since.

I had the SAME problem! I even downloaded different browsers thinking it was my internet. I emailed Carrie Ann and she told me to delete my browsing history and the cache and the cookies and try again. When I did that it worked and I haven't had a problem since.

First thing to do is a) clear your cookies and cache. If that doesn't work then b) try a different browser.
Feel free to email me with a description of your troubles but also try to include all the details we may need to try to work out the glitch; browser, file size, file type, video length, where you're uploading from (review page, media library, eden tube) and what you have done to try to get around it. Also, a screen shot of the problem if possible!
