marry the night mentioned in another thread that the checkout cart was misbehaving. Maybe they're having system/IT problems? I had support ticket issues earlier in the week.

I made a support ticket...I guess I try ordering again in a little while

Yes, it keeps sending me back to my cart as well. Reassured others have the same problem.

There seems to be a short in the wire. We had a small update this morning and this is likely the cause. They are working on fixing it. I know it's quite the inconvenience.

If you are trying to place orders before a sale ends, just submit a support ticket and customer service will honor the deal.

Since a few Edenites are encountering problems, and I missed the shipping cut-off for today, and they're out of the FF Aries vibe , I'm considering waiting until tomorrow — who knows what the TGIF sale will bring?

I found a way around it. This was happening to me. Add an item from your own wish list.

So you go to your public link to your wishlist and gift yourself an item. It works out great. That is how I got around it.

Be sure it's the public url! It will take you to a different cart, so the glitch isn't there.

I was going to say I had no issues--but now I know why. The first item I ordered was out of my cart.

In case anyone happens to see this and ask where is the public url...go into your wishlist and on the left side at the top is where you make it public and active the gift registry. It will say in pink lettering "public url" click that. And then gift the item to yourself. That should do the trick.

Thanks for posting that Beck. I have been trying to place an order all day. I called in AND submitted a support ticket, but this did the trick. Thanks so much.

thanks Beck for posting this it works I guess there are still kinks working in the system. I had to figure out how to also do an edenfriends item because the discount wasn't being applied when ordering as a gift (to myself). It took some time but I figured it out. The wishlist method works for regular items and sale items, if you want to order edenfriends items and need the little check discount box you have to add the item as followed: log out of eden while still being logged into facebook. Add edenfriends items to your cart and go to checkout- check apply discounts (then it checks your facebook and applies the discount price). Once you have your discount price you can log back into eden and proceed the order with the wishlist method.

I didn't expect it to work. But I am glad to see it isn't just me.

Thank you too to Modern Spank Anthem for starting this post! I would be sad to miss out on the crazy sale today! I know I could have submitted a support ticket, but this was way less hassle!!!

Yay! You are so awesome Beck! I did it and it worked! Thanks MSA for starting this thread!

I called customer service and they did tell me that if I called them they would honor the sale tomorrow. I rather do it this way because I was able to get what I wanted without taking the chance of having it go out of stock by the time I called. I'm 3 hours behind out here on the west coast.

I love the EF community!

that was a great workaround! I just deleted the item I'd added for free shipping and paid a couple bucks out of pocket for priority instead of the free UPS (which said it would've taken over a week to get here, anyway?) and while it didn't like me putting those few bucks on my card on the site, it went through alright with paypal.

but this workaround lets you put everything on edenpoints, so it works better!

Huzzah! I'm so glad you figured out this way around the glitch seeing as I wanted to get the Zini Ran before it went out of stock and while the sale was on.

Using Beck's trick allowed me to get farther in my order... sadly it won't let me select the free UPS Sure Post shipping option. And the cheapest option is for $9.94
