Customer Service Email: Very Confused

Contributor: Sir Sir
I've been trying to send an email to customer service about a size issue with an assignment, but I've been getting bounce-backs every time. I'm not sure why that's happening, whether the Inbox is full or if the email address has been deactivated (as it's not on the site either), but I'm going to send a Support Ticket instead in the meantime.

My question is: Is there a known reason as to why this is happening? I haven't been entering the email in wrong, but every time (I sent it four times), I've gotten a system message on my email saying that the email could not be delivered.

Is this happening with the support ticket or only the email?

In order to improve the quality and efficiency of customer service team, we introduced new support ticket system in July 2009. All customer service email boxes were deactivated.

For order or website issues please use support ticket system.

For review program including assignments please email Review Program Manager (partners at edenfantasys.com)

It was only the email, yes.

Alright, thank you, Neuron Geek. That helps a lot.
