I received an order from EdenFantasys yesterday and was really excited. We had ordered the new Lelo French Maid outfit but we were missing part of the outfit. It was in separate packaging and part of it didn't make it into the box.
I called this morning since I figured it would take a little while to explain the situation, and Autumn at Customer Service took such great care of me. I'm always impressed with the site, but at other sites when you are missing some from an order the company gives you a hard time it seems. Not today, it was a fantastic experience and I wanted to say thanks!
