facebook friend gift/ is there an issue or is it me?

anyone else having trouble? I put in a support ticket because it did not come up for me in my last order. I closed the ticket after being told it was working the same it always has. I figured oh well, I must of missed the check off box or whatever. Never had problems in the past.

I am now trying to place an additional order, and facebook gift not showing up as an option anywhere this time either. To miss out on it once, ok. But again?

Is it just me? or is there an issue? (maybe i just have issues)

Are you doing it correctly? I was doing it wrong the first few times that this feature came out. My issue was that I was trying to pick specific colors, but sometimes Eden only allows the color that they choose.

Click on the Friends w/ Benefits icon, and then click on the text next to the item, and then click add to basket. Once it is in your basket and you are ready for check out, click on the verification link that is underneath your cart. It is blue. After checking your cart for discounts, a box will pop up saying that you have a friends with benefits discount. You accept, and the discount is placed.

Right now you can only have the vibe with the EF colors: Pink and Green.
