I feel really bad asking this in the forum, but I'm not sure who to address my question to.

I was so excited when I saw that one of the new promotions was 30% off FYN cases, 'cause I've had the Adult Toy Chest on my wish list for a while now. The original price was $69.99 (and as I view it on my wish list now, it still says $69.99) but when I open the detail view of it, it lists the original price as $99.99 and the sale price as $69.99. Is this right? I don't understand why EF would jack up the price so it would appear to be on sale. Can someone please explain this.

Again, I'm so sorry to be posting this in the forum, but I really didn't know who to contact. I in no way intend this to become an attack-thread, I'd just like an explanation.

That definitely seems a bit shady.

Also, I just noticed the red sale prices today. That's.. different.

Wow, you're right. In my wishlist it says $69.99 too, and I KNOW it was not $99.99 before today. I hope this is a mistake.

We are under pressure from FYN, the manufacturer of the cases. Their MSRP is $99.99. We felt that it was an excessive price for the products and were offering them for $69.99. FYN recently demanded from us to increase our price to the MSRP level. We don't know what will come out of it; we might stop offering the cases altogether or FYN might stop selling them to us, but for now we formally complied with the FYN demands (the regular price is $99.99) and we offer them on sale.

I noticed the significant savings here on EF a while ago. The FYN price is very excessive based on the products I have seen in person.
Thank you EF for at least selling them on sale.

Just curious... I know it says the promotion ends at the end of the month, but will it be an ongoing thing since the price was only changed to appease FYN?
