HELP! Did usps screw up my package?

Contributor: LavenderSkies LavenderSkies
I got my SHIPPING confirmation email on Feb 15th.
It said it would arrive by the 18th. It didn't, and that's fine because I added a day or so for leighway. However, the problem I have lies within the usps tracking. It hasn't updated since the 16th:

Processed through Sort Facility, February 15, 2011, 11:32 pm, KEARNY, NJ 07032
Electronic Shipping Info Received, February 16, 2011

What do I do? It is the 20th and I find it odd that it has not been updated. Do you think something is wrong? I have never encountered this before.

I've had this happen to me on another website. I wouldn't panic, just give it a few more days, if nothing changes, then take action.

It could just be sitting there. I agree, give it a few dats (seeing that Monday Feb 21 is a holiday -president), and then maybe call USPS and ask why its sitting.

It's finally "unstuck" from usps and it's on it's way Thanks you two!

Rather than starting a new thread, I figured I'd ask here.

If the USPS tracking info says they delivered my package at 11:16 today, but my mailbox had neither a package nor a 'your package is waiting for you at the facility' slip. I wasn't home at 11:16, and none of my roommates were around, either. When this package shipped, its expected delivery was yesterday, and I didn't check the online tracking until now, when I realized it was two days late.

Does anyone know if this is a glitch, or if I should call USPS? I took a screenshot of my online tracking saying it's delivered, but I'm not sure what else to do. Any ideas, anyone?

Hello Antipova,

Please call your post office and see if they have it. Sometimes it takes USPS an extra day or two from the moment tracking says "Delivered" to actually deliver the package. This has happened to me personally, I'm not sure why and USPS isn't helpful in the matter.
If you still don't receive the package, please call Customer Service or submit a Support Ticket - they will be happy to assist you.

Thanks for the response! I'm pretty sure I'll be able to work it out with USPS and won't have to involve Eden- everything left your hands just fine.

I had only wanted to check whether anyone else had had a similar thing happen to know how best to approach the USPS.

In case anyone else ever runs into the same thing:

The carrier must have marked 'delivered' by mistake. My package was just out of the system for a day- the USPS's automated system had no record of it, and my delivery branch "hadn't seen it," and the annex where you pick up a package that's too big for your box didn't have it either. But then, when I went to get a different package from the annex today (three mail days after it was "delivered"), they had my lost package waiting there for me. Not very logical, but all's well that ends well.

Maybe my postal carrier thought he/she'd enjoy whatever was in the box, but wasn't quite prepared for a my caliber of sex toys!
