How do I see discussions started by a specific contributor

Contributor: Gunsmoke Gunsmoke
I normally consider myself fairly computer literate - but I've struggled a bit understanding how certain things on the EF site work. For example:

1. If someone adds me to their 'Follow' list - how do I get a quick look at the discussions they have initiated? For me this would be a way to understand more about the contributor and whether I want to reciprocate.

2. What is the significance of following another contributor? I'm following 21 people - but I don't see how it matters. Can someone explain how they use 'Follow' to enhance the EF experience?

THANKS!

There are two ways to find a specific contributors threads. The first is to sort the threads by contributor, which sorts them into alphabetical order, you can then search through the pages until you come to the desired contributors threads. The second way to do this is to favorite that contributor by clicking the small heart beside their name, you can then click on the favorite contributors tab at the top of the thread list, this brings up not only the threads they have started but also those they have contributed in.

The significance of following them is that you will be able to track their actions on the wall section of your profile page. This lists the latest actions of all of the people you are following. You can also set alerts to have their newest reviews or comments sent to your email inbox, but following is not required for this.
