I was given a money request after my order has been recieved?!

Contributor: kinky girlfriend kinky girlfriend
We have sent You a money request for $46.52 USD

IT's a request so I don't have to pay this? I mean its not my fault I wasn't charged before I recieved my items. If I have to pay it can I pay it in a month?

Wait you want to pay it in a month? Weren't you planning on paying for it when you bought it? I'm sorry I just don't understand why after you knew it was being looked into you wouldn't expect to pay them back for the refund that was accidentally sent to you. I think it's pretty wrong to not send in the money for items you've received....

Anyway... I'd handle this issue by submitting a ticket on your order and not in the forums.

well I don't know I can afford it until I get paid again now that I got paid and spend money again. I thought since eden messed up I didn't have to pay them. I also thought it was an error that I also thought I probly did get charged but that was an error message becaue my order shipped and I received it. I just found it unfair eden messed up now I have to pay.

Well, when you purchase an item from anywhere you are under obligation to pay for the item. If there is a mistake you clear the mistake up buy you still pay for the item.

You have to pay because you received the item. It doesn't matter if there was an error, you knew there was an error but you spent the money owed anyway.

Again though..I'd submit a ticket on your order and handle it that way. You're not going to be able to handle it through the forum.

Idk,I'm just having a really bad day and I'm confused. If I must pay I can pay in about 2 weeks when I get paid again..other than that I can't help or go ask my boyfriend for money because he doesnt' have it either.

Yeah, that's isn't the issue. You bought something and weren't charged immediately. That happens plenty of times in the real world, restaurants/stores/etc do it all the time. You still have to pay. It isn't EF's fault for you overspending.

Maybe next time you shouldn't buy non-necessity items (like sex toys) if you don't have the money to spend.

I'm not exactly sure why you would want to announce this on the forums. Personally I think you would have been much better off contacting the company directly instead.

Agreed. This ties up the system. I thought we talked this whole last week about money and choosing items. You seemed sure you had money and knew what you wanted.

And also agreed. Next time, contact an Eden staffer. I've never even heard of this.

How is it unfair?

You need to return the items or pay for them. It's simple.

Usually (and I mean it's standard for many companies), items bought online are not charged to your account until the said item is shipped. This is normal protocol.

I don't think Eden is at fault at all. And I, too, find it pretty inappropriate to voice this complaint on the forums instead of contacting a staffer.

Open a support ticket. You're much more likely to get help from directly contacting the admin instead of the members of the forum.

However, like previously stated, when you purchase something, you pay for it. Thinking that because the bill was slightly late, it's "unfair" for them to charge you is just childish. You received the product - now you pay for it.

ok well I opened a ticked I've never had an issue where I already recieved my order and had it for days. and wasn't charged until days later. SO the money I thought I had in my account wasn't correct. I was just wonderin if ppl had this problem before.
