Is anyone having gift card issues?

I converted over my points to a gift card and that seems to have worked fine but when I enter the card number on my checkout page it tells me 'Gift Card Error - Unknown Error'. I've put in a ticket but still haven't gotten a reply. Just thought I'd ask to see if others were having any problems too.

I haven't had any gift card issues. Are you entering it in the discount code box by accident?

Nope, I've got the right box it just gives me the error every time I try it. Was kinda hoping it wasn't just me lol oh well hopefully they answer my ticket soon

I have gotten this error before. I do think it is possible that I was putting it in the wrong box, but I tried again later in the day and it worked so never did figure out for sure why it did it.

I've been trying it since yesterday still isn't working. Definitely in the right box so yeah I'm waiting lol I really hope they answer before the free toy changes or runs out

That's really strange, I just used two gift cards on my order without issue.
