I have been waiting on a few Liberator products (specifically the wedge/ramp combo) to come back in stock for quite a long time now, and I'm wondering if these are items that are getting phased out, or if they're just taking a bit to come back. Thank you

The Wedge/Ramp Combo seems to be the most popular Liberator piece. I highly doubt they would stop carrying it. It's probably just too popular to keep in stock. Whenever you're wondering about an item's availability, set an alert on it and it will e-mail you when the item is back in stock. If you absolutely must know when it will be back in stock, send in a support ticket. Whenever you have questions about an item's availability, site features, technical issues, etc. (basically anything the staff could answer), please send in a support ticket as opposed to making a thread and they will get back to you. They don't often check the threads but they ALWAYS answer support tickets.

I've had an alert set for it for more than a month, and I already sent a message to JR and he said he'd get back to me and didn't. I realize he's a busy guy, thus, I've put this here.

Sorry I didn't get back with you. I might've, did you check your Spam folder?

Still, I have the Product Manager looking into this. I'd bet donuts to dollars that we did get a bunch in and then they all went right back out in orders.

I had to call customer service today for an unrelated issue and they told me that they're working on getting all of the Liberator pieces back in stock. They'll be back, they just don't have a definite date right now of when.

Unfortunately, Liberator will no longer be carried on Eden, though they are going to carry the Perfect Position line as a replacement.
