Opting out of mail

Contributor: Djm2539 Djm2539
I had a friend who orders from your site, and they can confirm that your packaging is discreet. However, they told me that they receive promotional material in their mail after doing business with EdenFantays. Having letters and advertisements arriving at my home (even if they are discreet) is a real deal breaker for me. Is there a way to opt-out of any kind or correspondence whatsoever that is delivered to my home?

We have purchased from Eden for years (dozens of orders since 2010)...and we have NEVER received promotional mail or letters mailed to our home address. I did receive email promotions for a while, but only because I had subscribed to them. To my knowledge, Eden has never sent letters or promotions in the mail. I hope your friend is mistaken. This would be a deal breaker for us.

Has anyone else started receiving Eden promotions or letters mailed to their home address?

I've also placed orders since 2010 and have never received anything in the mail apart from shipping boxes and bubble mailers. The only promotional stuff you should receive is through email and that's only with your permission.

Same here -- NEVER have I gotten anything in the mail that I didn't order.

Never had a problem. I have only got what I ordered, no promotional mail and only e-mail that I opted to receive.

I've ordered from here for years and never received any ads in the mail, that's one of the reasons why I would shop here. I would ask your friend to check his ads, perhaps he is mistaken and getting us confused with someone else. I don't think EF would ever spend money in advertising through the mail.

I have never received any promotional mail and have ordered more times than I can count.
I am very confident that EF does not sell or distribute personal information. I also have never received anything directly from EF in the mail unless I ordered it.

You may want to have your friend check their computer for adware/spyware. Some companies track what you buy or look at then sell your info.
