Problem with Support Ticket response

I posted a support ticket on 3/14, saying that a toy I just got broke on me and I needed a return shipping label sent to me in the mail. I have no access to a printer.

I got a response the next day, and the woman (Alicia) said she would send out the shipping label to me by the end of the day.
When items are shipped to me, it usually takes 3 days total.
It's been a good 7 business days and I still don't have that return shipping label.

Should I continue to wait for it, or submit another ticket or...??
I really want to get rid of this broken dud of a toy.

I would send a follow up ticket. Make sure to state that this is a second request or a follow-up request.

You could also call and try to speak to someone directly. The two times I've had a problem recently, I got a response pretty quickly and one of the times was after the move. I also did not have to send the item back nor was I asked to do so.

Should I just submit a new ticket, or message you with the order number?

The order # was EF2491085
And the toy with issues was a Bendable You Too, broke immediately.
(I just wanted a refund GC)
