What happens when someone returns a product such as a toy? Is it then resaleable? What is the process? Hmmm.

They have some special department that handles that. I know it was explained at one point in time. No, they don't resell them.

It's a good question, I've wondered about that as well. Certain items are non-returnable and I thought it might be because of the materials used and how the item couldn't truly be 100% cleaned at that point.

I don't work for Eden but I have been around the industry and I can tell you that some places don't even take returns, but in no way, shape or form are the products resold. It has to do sanitation and health issues. They don't know if something was used or not. Some comp send them back to the retailer and others just throw them away. Either way the comp is taking is taking a loss for a product that malfunctioned

It is illegal to resell products of this nature. So, when they get any return, it has to go back to the manufacturer and be destroyed. It doesn't matter if you never opened the box you were mailed. (I am talking the box that is on your door step. Not any of the product boxes.) They can't resell it. The Manufacturer compensates Eden for the items that had to be returned, because it is usually a defective item, or something on the manufacturers part.
