I ordered 5 things on Aug 29 and it's still not gone thru! :/ still in process but gift cards are $0 now because it's paid for. I want to change the shipping method to ups 3 day, not sure post! i do not wanna have to wait til Sept 12 to get my order. it never has taken more than 3 days to get. even with holiday that'd only put it behind 1 - 2 days not 5- 8!

Help please.

The only thing that members will be able to suggest is that you submit a support ticket. The staff will be able to look into your order and see what is going on behind the scenes while members cannot. Try submitting a support ticket or use the live chat when they are available. They'll be able to help you.

ok thanks. hopefully they can get it changed to quicker shipping. ill go do that right now even tho it's a weekend

I think they've had a lot of orders this week, but I placed an order on the 30th and it's still in process as well, which has never been the case. I sent a support ticket about changing my shipping as well, and bet they take care of it all on Tuesday.

If at any time you have a question about shipping or your order, contact customer service by phone or support ticket. I know we were down one person for the week in customer service so this may result in a delay.

USPS packages can be shipped on Saturdays, however it's unlikely as business mail is typically delivered five days a week, not six. UPS does not do Saturday pickups unless specifically requested. Monday is a Federal holiday and shipping will resume on Tuesday.

The dates given in emails are estimations based on USPS and UPS shipping estimations and are not guaranteed until you receive a tracking number from either carrier.
