i got the tantus compact like last thursday or something we used the toy once and washed it before and after with plain old soap and water just like i wash the ryder plug i let it air dry then stored it in the plastic case it came in and put a rubber band on the out side of the plastic to keep it closed i took it out to wash it and use it again and noticed the tip is like someone took a sander to it in a smaller than dime size patch like it has pitting the lube we use is astro glide (only lube we can buy locally) which im 90% sure is water based and seems to work fine with the ryder plug has anyone else had this problem ? do i submit a support ticket or just throw it away and get another ? it was good the one time we did use it

If it didn't arrive to you that way, I don't think a support ticket would do any good but you can try. Adding a photo might help if that is possible!
