I've been waiting for an out-of-stock product on backorder for a month now and yesterday or the day before it finally came back into stock. I was so excited! But then.. no email ever came to inform me that my product would now be shipped. I've never had a backordered item before and thought maybe they just ship it automatically without notification emails? But when I check my order status for that item, it says "Item is currently Out Of Stock. Availability in 2-3 weeks."
Is my toy secretly on its way? Should I bother the support people about this? I'm super antsy and don't really want to wait 2-3 weeks more when it says the product is in stock now. Maybe my order slipped through the cracks. Advice?
