It generally means the item you've ordered is currently out of stock, and can't be shipped right away.

This but depending on the item I would create a support ticket an make sure the item is coming back in stock. I have had this happen an the item ended up being discontinued so it wouldn't be shipped when back in stock. When this has happened I was issued a refund for the price of the item.

If the item is going to come back in stock you will have it shipped to you automatically when it comes back.
