I ordered a few items about a week ago. well they all came in one box. and got to looking and the paper that was inside of the box had one item mared out and someone had wrote "out of stock". so i got on the site and it said "back order". i know this may sound silly but im kinda new to this so i was just wondering if anyone knew what back order means?
What does this mean?

If it wasn't in the box, it means that it was out of stock when we were putting the order together. We automatically ship out back ordered items once they come back in stock, unless it's going to take a long time, at which point our account manager processes a refund for the item. If you submit a support ticket, customer service can look at your order and give you more information.
