What is happening? Order Delay/Suport Delay

I have some troubles with my last order.

I made it on April 19, today April 29 is still "in process". At the moment I made the order, both items was in stock and they was in stock even if you go to the product link through the order status section. 10 days later both are out-of-stock.

On April 27 sent a support ticket about "order-status& ;quo t; asking why is this happening, still waiting for an answer.

I really don't care to wait, but I least want to get an answer with some information about my order.

I'm sorry you're having problems with this! I've forwarded this to Customer Service in case there was a ticket issue. They will contact you about this.

yes it is, but not good news.

It seems EF decided to use DHL without inform me instead USPS like it shows at the moment I made the order. I don't know about other users outside USA, but here DHL have serious problems to delivery the orders.

Have you been able to contact DHL since then? We can help you find the number you need us to!

Rachel I think I spoke with you on support right?

I already did that and their answer was to contact the seller, that the order wont be send it to me.


To international users that could have the same problems (due to CI lack or bad service with DHL) I recommend you specify on the order that you want to use USPS for the delivery.
Is the advice that Rachel gave me on support, so it could be useful for everyone on this situation.
