It's the first time I'm ordering on Eden and I'm a bit anxious about how it goes.
How many order statuses are there?
There's been "Pending Verification", then "In process", then what?
Or is it going to be "In process" until the end and the only way to know what's happening is going to be to submit a support ticket?

If I remember correctly, next should be "shipped".

I have found the delivery date calculator to be pretty accurate as to when you can expect your order.

Did your order display an estimated delivery date?

No, it doesn't - it's an international order.
I just hope everything will be in stock, because products are disappearing out of stock really fast

I just placed an order and now I see that its 'pending verification.' I've never seen that before. Every time, no matter how large my order, I've received a ship confirm email immediately. I have no clue what's different about this order.

Anyone have insight into this?

My order has been "Pending Verification" for about 2-3 days and only when I submitted a support ticket about it they shipped it.
Maybe there's too many orders with all the Valentine promotions?
Also, I've read here on forums that when you pay with Gift Cards your order takes more time to prepare because they have to checks the Gift Cards or someting ike that.

My orders have always gone straight to "in process". Just made my 4th order today it says "In process" It also says Jan 1 for the order date and Jan 1 for the ship date! Maybe something is up with the system?

I've placed orders using multiple gift cards before and they've gone right through. I admit I was a little grumpy all day because I didn't receive any email or order confirmation or ship confirmation. I assumed that the order was still waiting for ... something.

But I see that it was shipped today anyway.

I'm running into this problem. I placed an order Friday morning, expecting it to be shipped that same day. All day Friday (and obviously all weekend) it said "pending verification" and today it says "in process". Under order details, it says estimated shipping date was Friday. It seems like a trivial thing to submit a support ticket over, so I'm not, but it does seem odd to me that it was not shipped on Friday.

I'm overseas and I always get an email once my order is shipped.
It use to be quick - shipped the day after I ordered but since christmas, they have been slower - taking a few days after order til they ship.

My last one I ordered on a friday morning (way before US business hrs) and I got the email the following (my) wednesday morning to say it was sent.
For the great prices, points and having express courier post, I don't mind so much.
I'm ALWAYS impatient. But I'd rather slower post than higher prices.
