Where is it?

I ordered some items off the site and the delivery date was Wednesday the 7th, the mail was delivered today the 8th and still has not arrived. When can I expect delivery and is this normal to not be delivered on the date that stated?

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't gotten your items yet Irisheyez. I'm afraid I can't be too much help on this but, I would suggest looking up the tracking number and going to the appropriate shippers website to track it. If it shows it was delivered then definitely contact your local shipping outlet and ask them where they delivered it because you didn't get it. I usually get my packages by the date stated but, if you live very far away from NJ where it is shipped from I guess it might take longer. You can find your tracking number under your account tab and then the orders link. I hope this helps!

There are several places on our website to find the status of your order, this is absolutely NOT one of them. This is really not a topic for the forum and our Customer Service manager will not see your post. At all.

thanks guys guess they forgot my package today because apparently they came back, I already picked up our mail but my roommate came in carrying a nice box for me. A day late but no big deal just happy it came thanks
