October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

Have you or a loved one ever been diagnosed with breast cancer? Have you ever had a mammogram? Do you do self-tests? What're you doing to raise awareness? We'd love to hear from you!

We've got a tentative topic schedule, so if you'd like to cover one of our specific topics, we need your article a few days to a week before the topic week starts (excluding, of course, next week's topic). But you're more than welcome to write about whatever is relevant to you.

Here's the schedule:
• Oct 3 - 7 – Awareness
• Oct 10 - 14 - Prevention
• Oct 17 - 21 – Support/Intimacy
• Oct 24 - 28 - Survival

I'm really excited to see Edenfantasys involved in missions like this. I was extremely happy to see Eden involved in AIDS fundraising in NYC, and this is awareness campaign is yet another great project. I'm looking forward to reading more this month, and thanks to everyone involved in organizing this.

in 2004 I watched my wife lose her mom to cancer. she died at home on the sofa holding her husbands hand. i cant continue, but , my mother in law had beautiful natural red hair like my wife. : )

I don't have breast cancer, but know a lot about it. I do self exams and am really cautious since a year ago I had a very painful lump that my dr. was worried about being cancer. She kept checking it and discovered I have a cyst instead, thank God!

Anyways, I would love to contribute! Where can we learn more about the writing project?
